Triggers Are a special type of marker in Superfighters Deluxe added in PreAlpha 1.5.0.

Triggers vs. JointsEdit

The main difference between triggers and joints is how they are applied to certain maps. Joints are more essential to the physics of objects in Superfighters Deluxe, only some of which can be rigged with API, while Triggers are usually cause and effect based, and can be rigged in neumerous ways, a majority of triggers can be rigged to API.

Types of TriggersEdit


A button is classified as an object, but works as if it was a trigger, as pressing a button can activate triggers. Properties:

  • Activate Triggers: Activates a certain trigger.


An invisible area which on entry or leaving can activate other triggers. Properties:


On start trigger will activate triggers on the start of each map.
